I'll never forget the first time I went to hypnotherapy. I felt unburdened from stress and past hurts. My body felt lighter, my breathing easier, my energy returned. In traditional talking therapy, it felt like going round in circles talking about the same hurt and struggle but not letting go or moving forward. Hypnotherapy was different.
